I recently had my 20 year old deck refurbished by Bear Construction. From start to finish, it was a great experience to work with Carlos and his team. He provided timely and accurate pricing, and the quality of work was excellent. I believe that the deck is even stronger than when it was newly installed and looks great. My Deck is approximately 14 feet off of the ground and is roughly 24 feet wide by 12 feet deep. Bear Construction recently completed a screened in porch for us that was connected to our house at existing sliding doors and cut into existing roof. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job with every aspect of the project. The deck portion was built hell-for-stout ; the roof was built using ridge beam and rafters (vice trusses per my request) giving a much more open, higher ceiling. The all vinyl finish was done exceptionally well, as was the floor to ceiling screening and interior deck rail. Carlos is extremely customer oriented, frequently telling me that his primary goal is to make sure we are completely satisfied. We couldn't be more happy with all aspects of the project.
